Rodger Weese, Pastor
Rodger joined Island Alliance Church in 1993 and has faithfully served in various leadership roles, including many years as an Elder. The Lancaster Bible College alum also served as a Small Groups Pastor, where he helped foster community and spiritual growth within the church. In 2023, he took on the responsibility of finding a location for an Island Alliance Church plant in Centreville. Rodger was instated as Campus Pastor of Harvest Alliance in June 2024, where he now leads the congregation with a heart for growth, outreach and service.
Craig Fadel, Pastor
Craig joined the Island Alliance staff in August of 2021 and has served in various pastoral roles since 2008. His passion is helping the church accomplish its vision: to train the next generation of servant leaders who will reproduce disciples and plant churches. Craig played a pivotal role in initiating the launch of Harvest Alliance, expanding our reach to Centreville. When he's not at church, you’ll likely find Craig spending quality time with his family, watching sports or Marvel movies, reading, or going for a run.
Jordan Jarrett, Pastoral Resident
Jordan started his pastoral residency in December of 2023. He oversees our 6:12 youth ministry and 99 young adult ministry in addition to serving on the worship team. When he finds the time, Jordan enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, surfing and hanging out on the beach.
Mike O'Neill, Pastoral Resident
Mike began his pastoral residency in December of 2023. Born and raised in Queen Anne’s County, he’s always called the Eastern Shore his home. Shortly after graduating from Chesapeake Bible College and Seminary in 2023, Mike and his wife, Racheal, started attending Island Alliance. Mike now oversees small groups and outreach ministries.
Becky Criswell, Children's Ministry Director
Becky joined our staff in the summer of 2023. She began attending Island Alliance Church at just 6 years old, and now feels blessed to attend and serve alongside her husband and four children. Becky has a heart for family discipleship and for sharing the love and good news of Jesus with our little ones.
Cosette Schulties, Communications Coordinator
Cosette joined our staff in early 2024. She received her Bachelor's from Messiah University, where she studied Communication and Economic Development. Cosette oversees our website, social media platforms, and print material. In her free time, she loves taking walks and eating sweet treats!
