Rodger Weese, Executive Pastor

Rodger joined Island Alliance Church in 1993 and has faithfully served in various leadership roles, including many years as an Elder. He studied at Lancaster Bible College and also served as a Small Groups Pastor, where he helped foster community and spiritual growth within the church. In 2023, he took on the responsibility of finding a location for an Island Alliance Church plant in Centreville. Rodger was installed as Campus Pastor of Harvest Alliance in June 2024, where he now leads the congregation with a heart for growth, outreach and service.

Jordan Jarrett, Next Generation Pastor

Jordan attended Island Alliance Church in high school and began serving in ministry in 1999 through Bay Area Young Life ministering to the students of Queen Anne's County. Along with a close friend, he served students through Atonement Skateboard Ministries reaching kids through sub-culture ministry. In 2005 he went on staff for Metro-Maryland Youth For Christ serving in their Hope For the Rejected/Unified Underground Ministry. Jordan started his pastoral residency in December 2023 and was commissioned as one of the pastors of Harvest Alliance Church in January 2026 where he serves as The Next Gen Pastor overseeing discipleship ministries for the next generation of disciples and student ministries.

Mike O'Neill, Shepherding Pastor

Mike began his pastoral residency in December of 2023. Born and raised in Queen Anne’s County, he’s always called the Eastern Shore his home. Shortly after graduating from Chesapeake Bible College and Seminary in 2023, Mike and his wife, Racheal, started attending Island Alliance. Mike now oversees small groups and outreach ministries.

Becky Criswell, Children's Ministry Director

Becky joined our staff in the summer of 2023. She began attending Island Alliance Church at just 6 years old, and now feels blessed to attend and serve alongside her husband and four children. Becky has a heart for family discipleship and for sharing the love and good news of Jesus with our little ones.
